The Knife Trick
Carefully whack a sharp knife into the pit, twist, and lift it out.
Spoon Scoop
Slide a spoon between the flesh and pit and gently pry it loose.
Hand Squeeze
For ripe avocados, gently squeeze the avocado half and the pit should pop out.
Towel Twist
Wrap the pit in a towel and twist to remove it safely.
Bonus Tip
Run the pit under cold water to make it easier to peel off the outer skin.
