Instructions:

Prepare the dressing: In a blender or food processor, combine the cilantro, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, honey, cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Set aside.

Assemble the salad: In a very large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.

Dress and serve: Drizzle the desired amount of dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to coat.

Tips:
